MEDITATION AND FOCUS
Today is my first day on this blog. so, i want to share my own views on meditation.
WHAT IS MEDITATION ?
I think meditation is that practice which is used to set up our mind for our goal or any achievements, as well as try our best for a better lifestyle.
Meditation also give a strength to improve our thinking or learning ability.
I think animals also do meditation for achieving their motto.
for example:- everyone saw lizards.
Lizards are also get meditation or focus on their goal or food, when they want to catch the mosquito or flies etc.
They look first their goal and slowly, slowly move for hunt and catch their goal easily.
some examples are TIGER, LION, DOGS etc.
- if animals do meditation for their better lifestyle why we don't?
How to do meditation?
Every body said that meditation can only do in few posses or forms and as well as in a silent place.
I am agree from this point but i want to add some my own points that we want to make our unique personality in between normal personality.
so we also focus or meditates in that condition when we are not alone or our mind can distract . At that point we do focus on one thing which is important for us.
- we also do meditation when we sit free because Meditation is also that practice in which we review our self.
- we all know that our Ancients have a brilliant mind. have we ever think that how?
- I tell you, In previous time the peoples are do meditation regularly but via. different techniques like they do yoga, samadhi, and worship of god. they get a better bind from these activity.
Also try to make a image of clouds or star. they improves the imagination power.
- I think a human being is the personality who thinks better about their life when they sit in a washroom. so, i say only one thing that when we sit in a washroom just rid off our problem and get some conclusion and solve their life mystery instead using mobile phones for listening songs or chatting.
I also want to share my own meditation technique. I think it will also help you.
I just sit in a corner place, temple or in under sky and listen some natural sound from earphones like tropical rain, twilight, wilderness rain shower etc. and close my eyes for focusing on listening that what is happened in the atmosphere and also choose a one peek sound and get meditated.
from this technique i improve my learning as well as focusing ability.
